Weather stops play
Massive black waves are heaving themselves on the little beach of Crumlin Dip and seaweed is flung into the air. On either side white foam is grabbing at the rocks. I've been in water like this at Crumlin Dip once before. It took a lot of effort and attention to cope with the water and the visibility was less than a metre. Moreover, Dusty was far out and did not come in, as she is doing today. I see her feeding, I suppose, at the reef.
I'm afraid that's the best I can do right now. I guess we were pretty lucky with the wind and swell last week. There are a few more days before I head down to Dingle so hopefully I will manage at least another swim before then, although, the weather forecast is not great.
